California Coast

Seagulls float on the ocean breeze as they fly over the hidden cove off the rocky California coastline. The green and blue waves splash up on the sand as they slowly carve out more jagged points off the high cliffs.

Original pastel painting done on a box frame. The sides of the frame are not painted are are bare wood. Since this is a pastel painting it needs to be framed under glass and kept out of the direct sunlight to keep it from fading. Do not touch the surface of the artwork as it will smear since it has NOT been sprayed with a fixative. Hold onto the box frame as you work on placing it into a frame.

Since this is a one-of-a-kind painting it will not be able to be reproduced in exactly the same way, but something similar may be made by me in the future. You will be purchasing the original painting but I will still retain the rights to print copies.
